THE LETTER WE WANT DLGE TO ANSWER
The Chairman of the Derbyhaven Residents Society wrote a letter, delivered on 25th April 2006, to the Department of Local Government and the Environment (DLGE) and marked for the attention of the Chief Executive Officer.
In it, he sought an explanation as to why the Section 18 agreement promised to all stakeholders to limit the site to a single dwelling for all time was not concluded. He went on to enquire whether the Department was prepared to request that the Applicant honour his undertaking to sign up to the Section 18 agreement in respect of his planning consent for the single dwelling.
